ProTelevision Technologies contributes to the launch of the first commercial UHD Terrestrial Services in South Korea

The new era of next generation broadcasting has started. Three terrestrial broadcasters launched an ultra-high definition (UHD) broadcast Wednesday 31st of May in the Seoul metropolitan area.

In a shared effort, Broadcasters, Manufacturers and research institutions have commercialised terrestrial UHD for the first time in the world. ProTelevision Technologies is one of the proud contributors for the launch of the new UHD broadcasting.
